Context
StrayPaw is a community stray-dog tracking and care-coordination platform I founded in India, partnering with NGOs and a feeder network to bring structure to informal caretaker practice.
It gives feeders and NGOs proof-of-status records — vaccination and sterilization status per dog — supporting compliance under India's Animal Birth Control (ABC) Rules, 2023.
